How often do I train table tennis, running, etc.? For how much time? How often with better players? How much serve, self-training?🤔🏓

I have received those questions in a previous post. I think it is very relevant because it relates a lot to what I do in my everyday life. Therefore, I have made this post…

My workout plans for a week can vary because I also study. However, there is of course a minimum. I train every weekday at least 2-3 times a day and it often turns into more. There are 2 morning sessions and 2 evening sessions per week planned by my Danish training club. The rest is something where I take the initiative myself. I also train in the weekend if I don’t have any matches.

In relation to how often I play with better players: As I previously described I take care of my own training a lot, so it depends on the players who have the time. Therefore, I am deeply grateful when they have the time and that I have met and become friends with many players / coaches both nationally and internationally.

Of course, in order for me to give my best in every workout and for my body to be in the best possible physical shape, I therefore also think a lot about my diet. This means that I do not drink alcohol or eat sweets and I track my diet and so on. I spend all my time on table tennis and my education. I get up happily every morning at 04:30 if I thereby can get an extra training pass and then go to bed early in the evening to get the optimal sleep for the next day. 🏓❤️

If you have a question, please let me know in the comments and I hope you have an awesome day trying to live out your dream. 💫❤️
